and involves leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions, focusing on Order Management and Customer Service. Key Responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O modules related to sales order processing, customer service, and logistics. Conducting business analysis and process mapping for order-to-cash cycles. Developing project documentation and supporting system integration and user training. Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012. Experience leading D365 projects and deep functional knowledge of relevant modules. Strong communication skills and ability to lead workshops. Preferred experience in manufacturing or food industry, and relevant certifications (MB-230, MB-210, MB-330). Additional Details: Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid leave, and retirement plans. Travel up to 30% to U.S. and Canadian locations may be required.
