We are seeking a
Solutions Program Manager for Solution Integration Engineering , based in Wendell, NC. You will play a key role in bridging technology and business, combining technical expertise with team coordination. Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Manage integration engineering projects, ensuring successful execution within budget, time, and scope. Maintain stakeholder satisfaction and manage technical risks. Solution Design:
Drive development of new solutions, incorporating lessons learned and customer feedback. Understand design and manufacturing processes of prefabricated building/platforms. Quality Assurance:
Ensure solutions meet quality, scalability, and performance standards. Emerging Technologies:
Keep abreast of industry trends and evaluate their impact on solutions. Customer Engagement:
Support pre-sales activities and ensure post-sales success and customer satisfaction. Stakeholder Communication:
Report to senior management, identify risks, and lead design development meetings. Qualifications
Basic:
Associate degree or higher. 5+ years in a technical role related to mechanical design, installation, or electrical equipment fabrication. Experience managing integration projects in electrical enclosure fabrication. Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and testing protocols. Preferred:
Knowledge of Modular Enclosures regulations. Project Management certification. Benefits
