Middle Office Business Analyst / Project Manager, Associate

to join our team at Globant! Responsibilities: Conducts detailed business analysis involving complex requirements and processes and presents results to the various stakeholders Create detailed Business Requirement documentation or Business Process documentation (as applicable) Provide support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation Partner with technology teams to provide obtain data requirements, document to identify solutions Understand complex business requirements and provide solutions for operating models and implementation options Collaboratively manage Sponsor/customer expectations, and interacting with sponsor on a regular basis Partner with Subject Matter Experts to ensure requirements comply with generally accepted processes and principles to comply with internal controls

Skills Required: 2 - 4 years of experience in multi-year complex program management or strategy implementation within a financial services or operations environment In depth knowledge of Asset Management or Investment management products, services, market instruments and conventions Ability to manage different complex stakeholder map including senior stakeholders in the Business Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal and Compliance Strong diagnostic skills with experience in using objective data to drive requirements and issue resolution recommendations Must be able to concisely explain complex issues and possess a strong written and oral communication skills and be able to present to senior management Broad knowledge of the systems and business processes in use for the Front-, Mid-, and Back-office functions within Investment Services Knowledgeable in Institutional fund accounting processes including preparation, reconciliation and distribution of reports to/from marketing, separate custodians and investment management Understanding of Investments data and market data supporting investment processes Demonstrable awareness of data governance and data strategy methodologies Proven ability to perform a process inventory and gap analysis to understand possible issues Strong MS product skills in order to document and formally communicate findings including Excel, Word and Powerpoint Globant reasonably expects the annual base compensation for this role to be between $134,000 to $210,000. Specific offer details are determined by carefully considering a variety of factors, including the candidate’s primary work location, skills, experience, education, market demands, and internal parity.
