We seek an experienced Product Owner to support operations and growth strategy, with emphasis on JFHQ-DoDIN and USCYBERCOM. The role involves project management, DevSecOps support, and training on analytics and applications for cyber operations on the government-owned Big Data Platform (BDP). This is a hybrid role based in Fort Meade, MD, with some travel within the U.S. Essential Job Responsibilities
Build and strengthen relationships with government customers. Lead data acquisition, analytics development, and integration into daily operations. Serve as SME for BDP capabilities, providing technical support and troubleshooting. Gather requirements from customer leads and coordinate with developers. Understand and champion our technology and capabilities. Provide updates to leadership on project status and customer engagement. Establish relationships with influential leads and help influence decision-making. Collaborate with the Customer Experience Group to develop plans and roadmaps. Identify and document new market opportunities. Maintain knowledge of customer plans and develop external partnerships. Ensure customer success and coordinate delivery with engineering teams. Act as the primary point for capability deployment and customer communication. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Security Clearance: Top Secret U.S. Government level; U.S. citizenship required. 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, or big data with a B.A., or 7+ years with a Master's, or 13+ years with a High School diploma. Experience with government or military organizations such as MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, AFCYBER, or Navy Cyber. Experience managing complex technical projects or programs. Understanding of budget practices and acquisitions within government organizations. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking. Participation in business development activities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in teams. Willingness to travel up to 20%, sometimes on short notice. Ability to work on-site 3-4 days per week at Fort Meade, MD. Preferred Requirements
Experience with Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies, Data Engineering, and Cyber Security. Technical background to determine system requirements and collaborate with engineering teams. Previous experience with BDP is highly advantageous. Additional benefits and perks are available at
