Curinos is seeking a high-performing
Director, Business Transformation
to be a force multiplier for enterprise transformation. This strategic and execution-focused leader will drive our most critical cross-functional initiativesincluding Curinos firmwide Value Creation Plan (VCP) ensuring they deliver measurable and sustainable business impact. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this high-visibility role engages directly with the SVP of Strategy & Transformation, CEO, and executive team to manage transformation cadence, align stakeholders, and convert strategy into results. Program Lead for Value Creation Plan (VCP):
Drive execution of enterprise priorities by managing initiatives across product, revenue, client delivery, and operations Enterprise PMO Partner:
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-functional programsfrom chartering through benefit realizationensuring alignment with strategic goals Transformation Governance:
Run weekly initiative reviews and monthly executive updates; track RAG status, risks, interdependencies, and execution gaps Strategic Stakeholder Alignment:
Serve as the connective tissue across functional leaders to align priorities, unblock dependencies, and maintain execution momentum Execution Discipline:
Own and maintain enterprise initiative trackers, OKRs, and transformation dashboards to monitor progress and accountability Leadership-Ready Storytelling:
Translate program outcomes into clear, compelling narratives for executive and investor audiences Qualifications
710+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives or enterprise programs in cross-functional or matrixed environments Proven success managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, connecting detailed execution to broader business goals Exceptional program management skills, with fluency in project/program methodologies Experience running transformation governance (e.g., initiative reviews, executive updates, dashboards) Adept at identifying interdependencies, managing upstream/downstream impacts, and driving proactive mitigation Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentations and business storytelling Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at creating structure and clarity in fast-paced environments Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred PMP certification strongly preferred Compensation: $150,000-$165,000 base (bonus eligible) Additional Information
