The Presbyterian Homes Team is seeking a dynamic Project Director with extensive construction experience and knowledge. The role involves ensuring checks and balances while driving value throughout the construction process, from initial budget to occupancy. The PD will manage owner-directed work, including site improvements, securing entitlements and permits, supporting consultant selection, design management, schedule creation, and contractor management.

Tuition reimbursement and other scholarship programs Essential Functions: Develop working relationships between corporate and community leaders. Oversee all Facilities, Planning, and Construction projects within the Facilities Department. Lead and motivate project teams to exceed expectations. Manage team meetings, project progress, and challenges. Collaborate with facilities teams to develop and monitor capital projects and long-term plans. Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Thoroughly understand all contract documents. Establish and monitor construction schedules, costs, quality, and contract conformance. Analyze schedules, material lead times, resource allocation, and performance drivers. Use department tools and standards to monitor project execution and budgets. Identify and address potential liabilities and risks. Develop protocols to mitigate risks. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Minimum of 15 years' experience in construction and development. Proven success managing large projects ($75M+) and teams. Experience leading multiple development initiatives concurrently. Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and real estate project processes. About Us:
