Project Kuiper aims to expand global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). As a Systems TPM on the Kuiper Global Enterprise Services team, you will work directly with customers to enable Kuiper broadband services at their locations. Your role involves orchestrating activities for service integration, activation, and customer training. You will also support partners and system integrators deploying and validating our satellite solutions, providing best practices and resolving escalations.
This position requires providing technical expertise for all enterprise engagements post-contract, enhancing customer experience and accelerating revenue by streamlining implementation, installation, integration, and testing processes. Collaboration with engineering, product management, and business development teams will be essential to introduce customers to private previews and beta demos.
You will develop best practices, processes, and tools for system integration to ensure scalable and automated solution deployment globally. Note that this role may require access to export-controlled information, subject to U.S. export laws, and employment is contingent upon obtaining necessary export licenses or approvals based on nationality or citizenship.

Basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics with 3-5 years of experience Experience with IP networking and wireless technologies and testing Design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructure Expertise in technology domains like software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, security, networking, data & analytics Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including executives Preferred qualifications: Experience delivering enterprise connectivity solutions, including hardware Background in software development or Internet industries Experience as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Systems Engineer in wireless or satellite tech Certifications or experience with deploying cloud-native applications and microservices, preferably on AWS Knowledge of field installation practices, lab testing, and back-office integration Hands-on experience with wireless networking software stacks and troubleshooting Amazon is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
