with AMERICAN SYSTEMS, you will have the opportunity to:
Fully support the Production IPT Lead in contracting, cost analysis, contract modification tracking, proposal technical assessments, and other urgent action items. Develop, track, and finalize ACAT documentation and coordinate actions between various Subject Matter Experts and maintain archives in SharePoint. Prepare purchase requests (small acquisition procurements) and larger acquisitions. Use database systems (i.e., SharePoint) to track existing contracting actions, manage contractual documentation, and provide detailed reports. Conduct detailed technical analysis of contractor proposals, coordinate evaluations, and draft derailed reports. Develop/use existing cost models to ascertain government cost positions. Generate and/or update RFP, SOW, CDRLs, contract exhibits/attachments, cost estimates, J&A, track RFI’s, and procurement requests. Support meetings, working groups, and briefings at other facilities; design reviews/audits. Coordinate with the Contract Officer’s Representatives (COR), the Contracting Officer for modifications, prioritization of action items, and documentation generation. Coordinate with Configuration Management personnel for needed engineering change proposal (ECP) contracting actions. Qualifications

w/SCI eligibility Bachelor's Degree (Business, Management, or an Engineering Discipline) and 12-15 years ofrelevantexperience, OR
Master's Degree and 10-12 years of relevant experience, OR Doctoral Degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
At least 5 years of relevant experience within a DoD agency, preferably in program acquisition, cost analysis, and/or contracting. Detailed understanding ofDoD Directive 5000 policiesand the Program Office's rolewithin that process (deliverable timelines, required documents etc.). NOTE:

The salary range for this position is USD $129,300.00/Yr. - USD $215,900.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
