Job Description As the

AI & Emerging Technology Strategist

in the Office of Technology & Innovation, you will be a key strategic leader responsible for bridging the gap between our cutting-edge AI and Analytics capabilities and the business needs of our most important clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, helping them understand the transformative potential of AI and Analytics, and will be a prominent voice in the industry, shaping conversations around these technologies. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, product development, and engineering to ensure our solutions meet market needs and deliver exceptional value. Your technical expertise, combined with strong communication skills, will be crucial in winning new business and fostering strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Executive Engagement & Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, CDOs), understand their challenges, lead strategic discussions, and communicate complex concepts clearly. Thought Leadership & Industry Influence:

Develop a vision for AI and Analytics, represent Oracle at industry events, stay updated on trends, and contribute to thought leadership content. Strategic Sales Support:

Partner with sales to develop engagement strategies, provide technical expertise, qualify opportunities, and support proposal development. Internal Enablement:

Educate and mentor internal teams on AI and Analytics trends, develop training materials, and promote a culture of innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred. 10+ years of experience in AI and Analytics with increasing responsibility. Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and building relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Deep knowledge of AI/Analytics methodologies and platforms (e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Data Warehousing, BI). Experience in pre-sales or consulting roles, influencing sales outcomes. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Reputation as a thought leader (publications, speaking engagements). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services. Knowledge of data governance, security, and ethics in AI. Additional Information: This role is based in Topeka, Kansas. Salary ranges are from $52.16 to $95.91 per hour or $108,500 to $199,500 annually, with potential for equity and commissions.
