The Data Analytics and Reporting Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and roadmap for reporting across the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO). Responsibilities include analytics relevant to the CDAO’s operation as an enterprise data center of excellence, and developing insights to help business line partners understand data threats and opportunities, as well as navigating data management risks. Key facets include data sourcing, tooling, presentation, training, and governance. The role also involves engaging with technology teams to support a broader end-user data strategy within the firm, potentially overseeing automation and analytics functions, and developing governance on business processes. Skills & Competencies Define organizational strategy for Data Analytics and Reporting, prioritize business-aligned reporting, lead cross-functional data strategy initiatives, create scalable end-user data models, reengineer reporting processes for automation, and develop performance metrics. Collaborate with technical, business, and compliance teams to define requirements and resolve issues. Expertise with Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI preferred, with similar experience acceptable. Attention to detail, banking knowledge, creativity, technical skills, and collaborative ability are essential. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum 5 years' experience in analytics and reporting, deriving business insights from data Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in financial services WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation : Starting at $101,231 - $172,355 annually, with potential bonuses or commissions. Exact salary depends on skills, experience, and location.
