Tabs is hiring a Partnerships Manager to grow our accounting firm and fractional CFO partnerships. As an early member of the partnerships team, you'll develop relationships with new firms and deepen existing ones. Your responsibilities include educating partners about Tabs, maintaining relationships, launching strategic initiatives, and driving business development success. If you learn quickly, work with urgency, and enjoy building external relationships, this role is for you. What You’ll Do
Nurture relationships with existing partners, aiming to grow from 100 to 1000 partners during your tenure. Source new partnerships, maintain relationships through regular contact, education, and value-driven projects. Meet weekly outbound and quarterly business development targets. Iterate on the Tabs partner program to better position Tabs and improve partner value. Collaborate with the GTM team to close deals requiring partnership support. Provide feedback to product & engineering teams. Organize and attend industry events relevant to accounting & CFO professionals. Who You Are
Ideal for candidates with experience in commercial partnerships, sales, or business development eager to join a high-growth startup. 4-10 years of experience in accounting, software partnerships, or business development. High EQ, comfortable engaging with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Creative problem solver with a sense of urgency, thriving in ambiguity. Deep understanding of accounting principles and workflows relevant to accountants. Perks And Benefits
