Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include
Designing and developing
responsive, accessible UI components
using
React
and/or
Angular
Translating complex backend AI and cyber capabilities into
intuitive, functional front-end applications
Using
Material Design ,
TailwindCSS , and other modern frameworks to enhance look and feel
Pairing with senior engineers to brainstorm, iterate, and polish features from idea to deployment
Participating in user feedback sessions to refine design and improve usability
Writing clean, maintainable, well-documented front-end code
Reviewing peers’ work to uphold code quality and visual consistency
Troubleshooting UI bugs and optimizing performance across devices and browsers
Maintaining and extending component libraries to promote reusability and consistency
Suggesting UI/UX improvements based on
user analytics
and mission feedback
Minimum Qualifications
Clearance:
TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Citizenship:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
OR 3 years of professional UI development experience
OR 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Required Skills
Proficiency with
JavaScript ,
HTML5 , and
CSS3
Hands-on experience or strong academic exposure to
React
or
Angular
Understanding of
responsive design
and
cross-browser compatibility
Experience using
Git
for version control
Strong
attention to detail
and a creative, problem-solving mindset
Effective communicator who thrives in
collaborative environments
Eagerness to
learn , ask questions, and contribute to a mission-driven team
Desired Qualifications
Experience with
both React and Angular
in professional or academic settings
Familiarity with

Exposure to
TypeScript

Awareness of
accessibility standards
(WCAG compliance)
Understanding of
AI/ML concepts
and how they inform user workflows
Experience working with
RESTful APIs
and async data handling
Personal or open-source
portfolio showcasing UI design and implementation
Experience incorporating and acting on
user feedback
Exposure to
CI/CD pipelines
or front-end
automated testing workflows
Compensation Range: $127,000.00 - $167,000.00 *The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
