Technical Sales Manager - Elite Sales Description Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron markets products under several brands, serving environments from golf courses to factories, airports, planned communities, theme parks, and hunting preserves. Responsible for aligning customer requirements with products using technical expertise to promote and meet customer needs. Support the completion of RFPs and RFQs from customers for Jacobsen equipment. Ensure accurate deal specifications and effective communication of these specs with the sales operations team to facilitate a seamless order entry process. Answer product and technical questions throughout the sales process across all product lines. Collect customer feedback during the sales process to inform product strategy, engineering, and operations teams for continuous improvement. Maintain industry group memberships and communicate updates to relevant teams. Support commissioning, demo opportunities, and follow-up with customers as needed. Attend customer meetings and exhibitions to provide technical input and promote products. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience. Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce. Travel: 40% travel required. Compensation: Range of $100,500 - $186,600 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, family building, mental health resources, flexible spending, HSA, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
