Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: Development and implementation of processes and digital solutions [greenfield approach] to get real-time feedback on the quality status of Scout Motors products and services. Development and implementation of customer quality surveys to improve customer satisfaction for products and services. Manage the quality performance of Scout Motors products and services through customer satisfaction-oriented key performance indicators. Development and Implementation of a data-driven-quality approach in the field of Customer and Field Quality. Introduce data analytics processes, methods and competences as well as data science use cases to accelerate the failure resolution process. Responsibility for identifying, connecting and supporting data sources for the field monitoring. Oversee all available indicators and identify the necessary product improvements as an input for the problem resolution process. Cross functional work with relevant stakeholders within Scout Motors to keep state-of-the-art data analytics solutions aligned with Scout data strategy Mentor team members, foster a culture of learning, and facilitate skill development to enhance the capabilities of the team. Work-cross functionally with other Scout departments. Perform other duties as assigned. This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Novi, Michigan. The responsibilities of this role requiredailyattendance at in-person meetings and events regularly. Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time. You have a strong customer-oriented mindset and bring valuable experience working in customer-focused environments Here's what else you'll bring: Education/Certifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and/or data science. Years of Experience: 7-10+ years in an environment related to customer feedback processing, with at least 5 years in a management role within vehicle manufacturer or supplier environment, even though any other sector may be also evaluated. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience using Power BI and PowerApps to build custom applications for data analytics. Experience implementing AI tools to automate and improve data processing workflows. Proficient in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar) used for data analytics and app development. Familiar with working with a variety of data sources, including social media content, survey data, and technical vehicle information. Experience analyzing customer satisfaction studies such as JD Power and similar industry benchmarks. Soft skills in multicultural environments and team work oriented. What you'll gain

Pay Transparency

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
