About the role Data is fundamental to Realtor.com’s product evolution, providing the insights needed to develop services that address real customer and business needs. Real estate brokers and team leaders rely on data and actionable insights to manage their teams effectively, while Realtor.com uses data to monitor lead progression and support consumers throughout their home buying or selling journey. We are seeking a strategic, technically savvy Product Manager to lead our data acquisition strategy and integration initiatives. Your work will expand our ability to deliver actionable insights through high-value data, supporting our mission to empower customers and our business with reliable information. You will ensure the capture of timely, accurate, and comprehensive data, and that our systems integrate seamlessly with the tools our customers depend on. What you’ll do: Develop and champion a robust Data Acquisition Strategy to secure critical data from diverse sources, enabling Realtor.com to effectively track and measure lead performance. Define, implement, and monitor key results (KRs) to evaluate your team’s impact and success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic, data-driven experiences that serve as the foundation for our product evolution. Work closely with existing third-party partners and identify new data sources and partnership opportunities beyond Realtor.com. Partner with engineering, data enablement, sales, and customer success teams to align requirements and ensure smooth implementation and adoption. Contribute to an agile (scrum-inspired) development environment, working alongside curious and empathetic colleagues who will challenge and support your growth as a product leader. Most roles require working three or more days in our offices to facilitate in-person teamwork, enriching our culture and fostering closer connections. What you’ll bring: Self-motivated product leader with curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Exceptional communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. 8+ years of relevant product management experience overseeing software products. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Technical background and/or hands-on experience with APIs and CRM platforms. Proven experience working with large datasets and navigating data acquisition challenges. Comfort thriving in a fast-paced environment, making tough decisions, and iterating on solutions. Ability to guide, encourage, and inspire cross-functional teams respectfully, empowering each member.
