Director of Chemical Plant Operations (Finance)
to lead our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing plant operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred) Proven senior leadership experience in the chemical manufacturing industry Deep knowledge of chemical plant operations, process optimization, and safety protocols Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and team management abilities Experience with lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives Valued Skills: Leadership and motivational skills Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Ability to build stakeholder relationships Key Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency Develop strategies to optimize production and operational performance Manage resources effectively to meet targets Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with teams Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements Provide leadership to managers and staff About Us: Honeywell addresses complex challenges in automation, aviation, and energy transition.
