THE POSITION: Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel Group is looking for a Business Development Manager for its Strategic Partnerships Team to secure market access partnerships for the FanDuel brand in high-priority states on track to legalize sports betting. The Business Development Manager will also work cross-functionally with other teams in the company to maximize the value of the partnership for both FanDuel and the partner, including identifying new business opportunities to enhance and extend the partnership. THE GAME PLAN: Everyone on our team has a part to play The Business Development Manager will be responsible for: Working with Finance, Commercial, and Government Affairs teams, to prospect for new market access partnerships with a premium on landing specific partners that occupy a unique position in the market that will most effectively allow FanDuel to achieve their business objectives Conducting market due diligence to prioritize partners within a given state Customizing pitch materials to tailor them to specific potential partners Developing deal proposals, including financial models, to engage potential partners and to serve as basis for getting agreement on key commercial terms Collaborate with the Legal and Finance department to close priority partnerships Working with Finance to assess how the changes to deal terms affect FanDuels ROI Helping to develop solutions to overcome difficult issues including bringing insight on how a partner may view the issue Reviewing and providing comments on key legal agreements Participating as a key member of the team interacting with partners on an ongoing basis Develop and maintain key relationships within the partner organization and serve as a trusted point of contact for the partner within the FanDuel organization Work with designated contacts at partner to monitor implementation and identify potential friction points Provide a holistic view of the partner relationship across the multiple operational touch points Ensure there is an appropriate level of high-level partnership review sessions Surface potential opportunities to expand the partnership and drive assessment and decision-making on these opportunities Assisting with the evaluation of other strategic opportunities, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation and presentations Developing and presenting key findings to FanDuel management THE STATS: What we're looking for in our next teammate Experience in a strategic business development, corporate strategy, or management consulting role Strong financial modeling and presentation skill set Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint required Experience with evaluating and analyzing large data sets to extract meaningful insights Experience with creating compelling and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that convey complex information in a clear and concise manner Experience reading and understanding contracts Experience communicating and presenting to internal and external partners Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Results orientated and performance driven Interest in sports and/or real money gaming is preferred PLAYER CONTRACT: We treat our team right From our many opportunities for professional development to our generous insurance and paid leave policies, were committed to making sure our employees get as much out of FanDuel as we ask them to give. $114,000 $157,300

which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation. #LI-Hybrid About the company
