Position Summary
The Lockwood Group is looking to hire a Logistics Analyst to support the Army's Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office in Huntsville, AL.
Duties And Responsibilities
Provide logistics support for MLRS family of launchers, munitions, and hardware. Provide on-site support for: maintenance, total package fielding; modifications and related issues/requirements/schedules; logistics agreements/briefings with the users; development and analysis of kits and hardware. Develop/analyze supply, maintenance, engineering, and configuration data. Assist in equipment/hardware accountability. Support PMO briefings, fieldlings activities, and special taskers. Will analyze and provide recommendations for fielding and modifications activities; engineering, supply, maintenance, and logistics documents preparation; logistics support during all phases of the system life cycle in garrison and deployments. The job requires heavy travel to user locations. Approximately 50 percent outside work. Computer skills required: email and Microsoft Office products with a concentration in Excel.
Job Requirements :
Five years of experience in Army logistics or operations. Experience in Army logistics and operations and/or fielding and modification of Army Weapon Systems preferably HIMARS and MLRS systems and hardware. Active Secret Security Clearance
