Base pay range
$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Goodall Brazier Goodall Brazier are partnered with a family owned General Contractor looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a ground up education project from pre-construction through to inception. The project is a $25M high school scheduled to run for 14 months. With a strong education and healthcare backlog in state they are looking for a local candidate to join their Austin division long term. What we're looking for: Experience working on ground up construction projects of similar value across commercial markets. Strong team leadership and subcontractor management through effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Develop and manage large-budgets to create and maintain project schedules.
