The Seller Enforcement for Regulatory and Safety Compliance team within RISC is looking for a Senior Risk Manager to protect our customers from unsafe, offensive, and non-compliant products, and investigate potential bad actors attempting to misuse the Amazon platform. The Risk Manager will implement and own internal controls and procedures to ensure only safe or compliant products are available in our stores. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Business, Risk, and International teams to ensure compliance and enforcement against non-permitted sellers and products. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement onboarding processes for new compliance initiatives within the Account Health platforms. Identify opportunities to automate or enhance compliance processes globally. Build reporting mechanisms to detect potential bad actors. Collaborate with Product Compliance and other teams to ensure seller compliance with regulations and Amazon policies. Lead initiatives to improve Amazon's controls and compliance measures. Manage change processes related to compliance and enforcement activities. Develop strategies to scale compliance programs across high-risk areas. About The Team

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum of 6 years experience in compliance, audit, or risk management Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Experience with technology, lean principles, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies Master's degree or equivalent Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Additional Information
