Project Executive
to lead healthcare-focused business development and project oversight. This senior-level position is ideal for someone with a
strong operational background in healthcare construction
and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development efforts within the healthcare sector
Cultivate and maintain relationships with hospital administrators and key decision-makers
Lead project teams to ensure the successful delivery of healthcare construction projects
Represent the company in high-level client meetings and industry events
Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams to pursue and secure work
Provide strategic input and leadership across business development and project execution
Qualifications
Senior-level operations experience with a general contractor (must have)
Extensive background in healthcare facility construction
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Proven ability to engage healthcare clients and secure repeat business
Strong leadership and communication skills
Established connections within the healthcare industry
