POSITION SUMMARY Redwood Services is seeking a versatile and analytical Procurement & Supplier Programs Manager to help build our procurement function. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage supplier rebate programs, support sourcing strategies, and you’ll partner with Redwood’s local operating companies to identify savings opportunities and enhance supplier relationships. You’ll work directly with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the Vice President of Procurement to deliver measurable value across the portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own and administer supplier incentive and rebate programs—including tracking terms, validating accruals, and ensuring timely payments Lead and support sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, pricing analysis, and supplier negotiation support Build and maintain dashboards to track supplier performance and program ROI Analyze purchasing data to uncover cost savings and consolidation opportunities Serve as a liaison between Redwood Partner companies and key suppliers Maintain supplier agreement database and standard sourcing templates QUALIFICATIONS 3–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain analytics—preferably within the HVAC, plumbing, or construction sectors Familiarity with supplier programs, rebates, or incentives Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools Experience navigating ERP or field service management systems (ServiceTitan is a bonus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment REPORTS TO VP, Procurement LOCATION Memphis, TN TRAVEL Approximately 20% domestic travel to suppliers, industry events, and Partner locations Redwood Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
