Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from ITR Group Opportunity available for a Senior Product Leader to guide the evolution of its enterprise applications and technology platforms. This role is responsible for shaping and executing a strategic roadmap that supports operational scalability, process modernization, and business efficiency across functions. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives, modernize legacy systems, and introduce new digital capabilities while partnering with stakeholders across departments. Responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of enterprise applications across areas such as finance, operations, supply chain, customer engagement, and HR. Lead full lifecycle product delivery, from requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, and optimization. Develop and manage product roadmaps and backlogs; ensure alignment with organizational priorities and technical capabilities. Serve as a strategic partner to functional and technical leaders to identify technology opportunities that support growth, efficiency, and innovation. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements; facilitate alignment across stakeholders and delivery teams. Foster close collaboration between internal teams and external vendors or system integrators to ensure effective solution delivery. Lead modernization initiatives including cloud migrations, application consolidation, and system re-platforming. Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, digital tools, and enhanced user experiences. Oversee systems integration efforts, ensuring interoperability and data consistency across the enterprise ecosystem. Champion change management, user enablement, and training to support smooth transitions and high adoption rates. Build and deliver resources, documentation, and communications that support stakeholders at every stage of adoption. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology product ownership, business systems management, or similar roles. Experience delivering and supporting large-scale, cross-functional business applications. Proven success leading enterprise software initiatives, including evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization. Skilled in Agile and iterative delivery methodologies. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
