IntePros is looking for a Sr. Associate Attorney to work a hybrid 3-4 days a week on-site work schedule for our client located in Parker, CO. This is an exciting role that will be part of a legal team with clients in various disputes including but not limited to civil litigation, construction law, Mechanics’ liens, real estate law, business law, landlord/tenant, breach of contract and tort/injury cases.
Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and representation in various areas of law including construction law, real estate law, and business law. Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity. Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution while maintaining high standards of client service. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies tailored to their unique situations. Participate in negotiations and mediations on behalf of clients to achieve favorable settlement
What are the top MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) required?
5+ years of litigation experience Previous trial experience – both State and Federal court Lawyer management experience
