Ensure proper execution of the client experience for UBS Wealth Advice Center emerging affluent and core affluent clients; the UBS Wealth Advice Center's 250+ Financial Advisors serve 300,000 clients with assets of $20Bn.

Demonstrate the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving shared goals through performance reviews and ongoing feedback.

Coach and develop Financial Advisors in areas such as platform knowledge, research, tool usage, retirement planning, business excellence training, and solutions critical to the WAC's service delivery.

Be accountable for driving and executing various business initiatives aligned with the WAC’s growth plan.

Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Financial Advisors to foster a high-performance growth culture.

Salary Information San Francisco, Minneapolis, El Segundo: the salary range for this role is $135,000 to $175,000.

Your team The UBS Wealth Advice Center, located in Weehawken, NJ, and Charlotte, NC, provides advice and guidance to emerging affluent clients through a hybrid digital experience. Our team of over 300 professionals, including Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates, serves more than 200,000 clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

You will be part of the leadership team managing Financial Advisors, mentoring them to meet performance targets and deliver excellent client service.

Your expertise

Ability to commute into the office 5 days a week minimum.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

SIE, Series 7, 66, and 9/10 licenses.

Ideally, 3+ years of relevant experience.

Proven success in managing teams or similar roles.

Strong relationship-building skills and a desire to enhance the established culture.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strategic thinking and professional articulation.

Results-driven and inspiring leadership qualities.

Collaborative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.

Ability to lead and positively influence others in a supportive environment.
