Hedge Fund Accounting Manager

We are seeking a Vice President for Fund Accounting to join our Hedge Fund team. This hybrid role is located in Lake Mary and will work the 2nd shift from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce audit and financial exposure and enhance team efficiency. Collaborating with client staff on cash, accounting, and reporting of daily and monthly activities and initiatives. Reviewing data and resolving escalated issues during accounting and reporting cycles. Leading daily accounting and net asset value (NAV) production, including NAV construction, validation, review, and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with hedge fund or private equity experience preferred.
