to their team.

Position Overview
The Manager of Financial Reporting will lead the organization's financial reporting process in compliance with GAAP as well as internal policies. This high-visibility role is ideal for a CPA with a background in public accounting, preferably with Big 4 experience-who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Responsibilities Of The Manager Of Financial Reporting
Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Manage the coordination and execution of year-end audits and quarterly reviews with external auditors. Monitor new accounting pronouncements and assess their impact on the company's financial reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and other business units to support accurate and timely reporting. Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Handle the reconciliations of consolidations.
Required Experience/Skills for the Manager of Financial Reporting:
6 - 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a Big 4 or similar public accounting firm. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead projects and manage competing priorities. Proficiency with financial systems and tools. Experience implementing new accounting standards (ASC 606, ASC 842, etc.).
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Manager of Financial Reporting:
Active CPA designation highly preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
