Conduct anomaly support, launch and mission readiness, and end-to-end space systems architecture analysis. Maintain close communications with the program acquisition office and customer engineering organizations, providing recommendations on risk levels of spacecraft activities. Oversee day-to-day execution of mission operations and processes to ensure proper attention to health, safety, and effective use of resources. Provide launch and mission readiness expertise to operations and engineering, including launch, spacecraft initialization, and transition to mission. Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's degree in STEM or relevant field with 9 years of experience OR Master's degree with 7 years of experience Experience in spacecraft, payload, and launch vehicle engineering, mission readiness, control gates, and entry/exit criteria SIGINT systems engineering expertise and knowledge of space and ground systems Technical familiarity with SIGINT payloads, subsystems, and capabilities Desired Qualifications Real-time spacecraft operations experience 4+ years in DoD or Intelligence Community projects Knowledge of Digital Engineering, MBSE, Agile, cloud technologies Contract management support experience Experience with Jira, Confluence Proactive, excellent communication, interpersonal skills Overview Noblis and its subsidiaries tackle tough national problems with scientific, management, and engineering expertise, working with government clients in defense, intelligence, and civil sectors.
