Senior Application Engineer / New Product Innovation
for our client in South Bay. This is an
onsite
opportunity. Salary Range :
$150,000-$220,000 DOE Relocation Available The Senior Application Engineer supports the company’s products and services. Responsibilities include working with leadership to design and develop new products and services. This role has a customer service focus with clients overseas in Asia, Europe, etc. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions Minimum 10 years of experience using or developing RF and EMC instrumentation Pre- and post-sales product and service support Assist in development of new products and services Prepare application notes, marketing materials, and data sheets Attend CISPR and IEEE meetings Visit customers and build strong relationships Assist in writing proposals for US government customers and prime contractors Identify new business opportunities Collaborate with strategic partners Assist with advertising, web graphics, and trade show materials Participate in trade shows and IEEE EMC Symposia Provide applications support for RF and EMC instrumentation Strong knowledge of RF and EMC instrumentation markets and standards such as CISPR, Mil Std, and RTCA DO-160 Effective marketing and communication skills, representing the company's mission and brand Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify problems and analyze information effectively Prioritize tasks and develop realistic action plans Strong project management skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related technology.
