The Regional Sales Director, Southeast Region will lead a regional team of the commercial field organization composed of Sales, Clinical, and Therapy Development professionals. This team is responsible for driving sales execution, market development, and therapy awareness within a defined geography. The Regional Sales Director will provide strategic direction and field leadership to ensure alignment between outreach, education, and commercial execution, while overseeing all aspects of team performance, physician engagement, and KOL relationship development. Responsibilities And Duties Lead the commercial field team launching and growing Paradise (Ultrasound Denervation System), the first renal denervation product into the market. Provide strategic and operational leadership across sales and therapy development activities within the region. Ensure alignment of commercial and educational initiatives with Therapy Development and Sales Territory Managers. Drive revenue growth and market adoption through sales execution and physician education. Hire, train, develop, coach, recognize, and retain high-performing team members. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and expand therapy access. Partner with senior leadership to align regional business plans with corporate objectives. Build relationships with key accounts, physicians, KOLs, and society leaders. Organize educational programs and outreach activities for clinical engagement. Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Market Access. Set performance goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability. Submit reports on performance metrics and market insights. Foster career development and create a culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirements
Bachelors degree required. At least 10 years of medical sales experience. At least 5 years of successful people management experience. Experience leading integrated field teams in sales and market development. Strong strategic planning and execution skills. Expertise in physician engagement, clinical education, and patient access pathways. Effective leadership and coaching skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports. Proven success in technical, competitive environments within medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Ability to collaborate across functions and build partnerships.
Salary Range: $180,000 - $210,000 (Annual Base Salary). The final starting pay will depend on skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Equal Employment Opportunity
