Our Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice serves upper middle market and large cap private equity firms, focusing on improving operating results at portfolio companies. Our services include due diligence, merger integration, carve-outs, transition planning, and operational improvements across various functional areas, including Real Estate. Role Description
We seek a Manager to lead large, complex client engagements, delivering innovative solutions for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. Responsibilities include pre-acquisition real estate diligence, merger integration, day-1 and 100-day planning, and managing client relationships. Qualifications
5-8 years of professional consulting or real estate industry experience, with at least five years in operational due diligence, merger integration, or business transformation. Experience working with private equity sponsors or portfolio companies. Knowledge of multiple real estate asset classes. Audit, Internal Audit, or Accounting background preferred. Deep expertise in areas such as business transformation, property management, asset management, real estate finance, or acquisitions. Proven ability to work with business leaders and develop junior staff. Strong writing, analytical, and project management skills. Bachelor’s degree required. Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time. Benefits & Culture
