Overview We are seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee daily payroll operations, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module, EC, ECP, and payroll system migration. Location : Stamford, CT; Atlanta, GA Compensation : $125k - $170k + annual bonus Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and proper reporting. Oversee daily payroll department operations, compliance, and staff management. Manage payroll production, special checks, and staff training. Develop and maintain payroll systems and procedures. Handle payroll inquiries and system testing. Collaborate on projects like mergers and acquisitions. Develop payroll budgets and manage tax-related items. Qualifications Bachelors degree. Experience managing multi-state payroll, especially with SAP SuccessFactors. Experience with payroll system migration and working with outsourced payroll providers. Proficiency in California State payroll regulations. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ADP, and data analysis tools.
