Job Overview The
Account Executive, Data Breach Response
role is an SME position focused on promoting Relativity’s AI product,
Data Breach Response , to new and existing customers at major corporations worldwide. Relativity offers solutions to support legal data intelligence needs for law firms, corporations, and partners. This role is part of our
RelOne+
team, which drives the launch and adoption of AI products, our newest and rapidly expanding GTM area.

Job Responsibilities
Drive sales of the Data Breach Response product across all customer segments globally.
Build and deepen relationships with strategic customers to influence their long-term technology decisions.
Manage entire sales cycles for Data Breach Response, including demos, presentations, negotiations, and legal/business risk assessments (including presenting multiyear agreements to C-level executives).
Contribute to Relativity’s G2M strategy for global growth of Data Breach Response, coordinating with Product Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams.
Coordinate global sales opportunities with sales teams worldwide.
Qualifications
5+ years of successful quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience in enterprise software.
SaaS sales experience, preferably in cyber/incident response sectors.
Experience in complex solution selling or customer success management, involving realignment of client business processes.
Proven success in territory and strategic account planning, and quota achievement.
Comfort with public speaking and delivering presentations.
Compensation Relativity offers competitive total compensation, including cash and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range is $132,000 to $198,000, based on experience, skills, and internal pay equity. The final offer will consider these factors, with the possibility of future salary growth.
