At least one of: Done impactful work at a company known for its frontend and design
Major contributions to a notable open source project
Seriously impressive portfolio
Deep understanding of the DOM and the browser
Ship performant, pixel-perfect components
You blend excellent engineering with taste in models, design, and product
Comfortable working with and without a designer
Don't compromise quality and speed - you sweat the details and you ship fast
We pay extra attention if you have: Prior experience as a founder or founding eng
Strong production experience with LLMs
