Product Growth Engineer (React / Tailwind)

Job Description The mission of Speechify is to make sure that reading is never a barrier to learning. Over 30 million people use Speechify's text-to-speech products to turn PDFs, books, Google Docs, news articles, and websites into audio, enabling faster reading, more reading, and better retention. Our products include the iOS app, Android app, Mac app, Chrome extension, and Web app. Recently, Google named Speechify the Chrome Extension of the Year, and Apple named it its App of the Day. Today, nearly 200 people worldwide work remotely at Speechify—no physical office exists. Our team includes frontend and backend engineers, AI research scientists, and professionals from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Stanford, Stripe, Vercel, Bolt, and other innovative startups and entrepreneurs. Overview We are seeking a fast, product-minded engineer to own and develop onboarding flows, in-app guidance, product documentation, "what's new" features, and support systems that make Speechify Studio intuitive from day one. You will operate at the intersection of UX, frontend development, growth, and customer success. Your responsibilities include building React and Tailwind components, integrating tools like Intercom, Amplitude, and OpenAI APIs, and creating seamless experiences for new and returning users. You will connect analytics with our lifecycle and engagement tools—such as email, in-app messages, and advertising—working closely with marketing to link product efforts with growth strategies. You should be prepared to ship quickly and iterate continuously. Salary The US base salary range for this full-time role is $140,000–$200,000 plus bonus and equity, depending on experience. Interested?
