Lead the Energy Services Team:
Oversee day-to-day operations, driving the direction and performance of electric, gas, and telecom services. Regulatory Compliance & Safety:

Plan and manage long-term energy strategies, focusing on sustainability, resiliency, and decarbonization goals. Crisis Management:
Lead response efforts during major utility outages and ensure swift recovery actions. Budget & Financial Management:
Manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost control and responsible financial planning for future growth and capital investments. Public Relations & Stakeholder Engagement:

Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, economics, business administration, or a related field. Experience:
5+ years in Senior Management roles within electric or natural gas utilities. Leadership:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of professionals. Skills:
Strong financial, strategic, and operational management skills. Skills Preferred: Master’s degree or advanced qualifications. Bilingual in English/Spanish. Experience in public-sector utilities and union environments.
