Senior Digital Functional Analyst, ECS IT

demonstrates leadership skills to help shape strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of scalable IT solutions across ECS organization. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative team that develops transformative solutions. This individual will cultivate relationships across senior business leadership and IT teams to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver projects within the organizational roadmap, working with business and technology teams to understand and drive requirements in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Serve as the primary functional SME for the ArrowSphere platform in North America. Collaborate with business teams, customers, and vendors for seamless platform operations and enhancements. Drive roadmap execution, including feature development, partner onboarding, and issue resolution. Translate requirements into actionable solutions as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Coordinate with North American business teams to ensure strategic alignment. Provide real-time support and decision-making for critical issues. Build strong relationships with stakeholders as a trusted advisor. Guide on cross-functional dynamics, including legal, operational, and technical aspects. Stay updated on industry trends to inform platform strategy. Mitigate risks related to service levels, timelines, and customer trust. Address gaps left by the previous SME to ensure operations continue smoothly. Reduce dependency on external consultants by providing in-house expertise. What Are We Looking For? The ideal candidate should understand IT development methodologies, business processes, and have excellent communication skills. They should be team-oriented, results-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Deep understanding of digital platforms, especially in distribution. Experience with systems integration, data analysis, and process optimization. Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies. Strong knowledge of North American business operations, including compliance. Ability to align technical solutions with business needs. Proven track record of delivering impactful projects. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving and proactive challenge resolution skills. Experience/Education U.S. citizenship or permanent residency for compliance. 10+ years of IT experience. Experience as a Scrum Master. Experience in Manufacturing/Distribution preferred.
