Role Overview: We are looking for experienced Appian Developers who can break down and solve complex problems with a strong motivation to get things done

and deliver high-quality Appian implementations

. What will you do in this role: Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy and support enterprise-level Appian applications Translate business process software requirement specifications into prototypes and solutions Support data gathering and analysis to facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution May have the role of Team Lead in a development squad Deliver projects using Agile development methodology Properly executes Code Reviews Act as an escalation point for junior developers Monitors project and ensures that all project stories and tasks stay on track to meet commitments. Properly identifies any risks or blockers and properly documents and communicates them in order to prevent delays or unblock the development team. Responsible for raising any reprioritization of backlog, including any impact that reprioritization will have on the initial scope in the Release Plan Responsible for pushing all releases across environments Appropriately escalates when necessary while clearly communicating impact and risk Strong collaboration, organization skills in cross-functional teams; ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences; work closely with scientists, peers, and business leaders in different geographical locations to define and deliver complex features. What should you have Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream. Experience monitoring and identifying risks from Appian health checks Proven ability to write complex Appian SAIL expressions Experience setting up custom integrations with external platforms Demonstrated dominance of Appian to the point of being an escalation point that a more junior resources could look to for guidance Can successfully develop stories independently, requiring minimal feedback from Peer Reviews and QA Appian Certified Senior Developer (Preferred) Experience throughout the software development life cycle Strong grasp of Agile concepts, including understanding of terms and applicable ceremonies. Strong analytical skills, experience designing and delivering complex, highly scalable software components Capable of interpreting, analyzing, and communicating business requirements to development team Capable of interacting with other teams successfully, with no difficulties understanding or being understood Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and delegating assignments to junior resources Capable of properly executing Code Reviews and ensure adherence to Best Practices, preventing bugs from moving forward to higher environments Capable of monitoring and ensuring that all project stories and tasks stay on track to meet commitments Demonstrated strong organizational skills, capable of preparing for and leading internal and business-facing meetings Must be able to multitask efficiently and progressively and work comfortably in an ever-changing data environment Knowledge of database management systems, such as Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, etc #HYDIT2025 Current Employees apply
