of a Digital Engineering environment set to confront these challenges. As a Solvarus team member, you will serve as a Systems Engineer providing end-to-end Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) services to a customer. Interested candidates should thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and be a valued team member. Duties include: Expertise in NITF imagery standards and specification documentation, with the ability to evaluate technical aspects of imagery products and determine necessary NITF updates. Facilitation of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and engineering working groups to review and assess engineering artifacts, CONOPS, interfaces, and architecture products. Assisting with identification of enterprise and system risks, executing risk mitigation steps, and closing risks through the Risk Management process. Providing project management support for short-term projects, including requirements development, project planning, needs assessment, and transition planning. Identifying integration issues and coordinating resolution through Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs). Providing technical assessment of engineering change requests and recommendations for change management processes. Supporting decision-making and technical consultation, coordinating meetings, and developing initial recommendations for government decision-makers. Qualifications: 12-15 years of experience with a BS/BA, or 10-13 years with an MS/MA, or 10+ years with a PhD. Current and active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM fields. Expertise in NITF imagery standards and specifications. Ability to evaluate technical aspects of imagery products to determine necessary NITF standard/specification updates. Self-starter requiring minimal oversight. Experience supporting requirements engineering, CONOPS development, and system integration. Experience with customer domain integration and closure. Skills in identifying user needs, gaps, potential solutions, and assessing alternatives. Ability to operate effectively within various organizational lines of authority. Knowledge of systems engineering processes and strong communication skills. Desired Skills: Familiarity with IC customer missions, including sensor knowledge. Knowledge of commercial imagery providers (e.g., Maxar, Planet, BlackSky). Proficiency with tools such as Cameo, Tableau, Confluence, Jira.
