A role as a Multinational Corporations Relationship Executive is for you. The Multinational Corporation team within Middle Markets manages JP Morgan's overall relationships with North American subsidiaries of large corporations headquartered outside the United States, to solve problems for clients and help them grow. As a Relationship Executive, your role is to act as an “individual contributor” to the firm, growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries target space. You will be expected to meet business development goals, seeking opportunities to sell multiple products and solutions to clients and anticipating their future needs. Relationship Executives develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue-generating sales opportunities and are responsible for cultivating referral sources, institutionalizing relationships, and calling. Specific calling goals are developed depending on client portfolio responsibilities. Job Responsibilities

Seven or more years of direct lending or credit support experience, with a focus on business relationships Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services Knowledge of the local market Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals; top individual contributor Sales management and business development skills Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills Strong creative problem-solving abilities Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships About Us
