Our engineers have the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary partners, coordinate with diverse engineering teams, and ensure project success. A typical day may include developing design studies, preparing engineering calculations and analysis, attending project meetings, performing a walkdown, or mentoring junior employees. You will also need to: Create Impactful Engineering Deliverables:
Produce precise and error-free drawings, calculations, and analyses that exceed industry codes, standards, and client expectations. Set the Standard:
Develop engineering documents that meet and surpass client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements. Stay on the Cutting Edge:
Continuously enhance your expertise in industry codes, safety culture principles, and advanced design techniques. Drive Quality and Precision:
Deliver exceptional engineering solutions that align with rigorous quality assurance programs. Cultivate Strong Client Connections:

Partner with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated designs that meet project requirements. Be Active in the Field:
Engage directly with client personnel, performing detailed plant walkdowns. Qualifications
This position covers a range of internal levels. Minimum qualifications for our mid-level position are shown below: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university Minimum 3 years of experience with design of electrical systems Good writing, presentation, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in teams Proficient in Word and Excel -Senior Engineers typically have at least 7 years of post-graduate work experience in a related role. -Senior Principal Engineers typically have at least 10 years of post-graduate work experience. Salary Range Information Mid-level engineers have a range starting at $90,000, increasing based on role, level, and location ($90,000 - $177,450 per year).
