About the Client
Our client is pioneering the transformation of property ownership through decentralized technologies. Their platform enables tokenization, investment, and seamless blockchain-based transactions in the real estate sector. Backed by industry-leading experts, the organization is reconstructing the ownership infrastructure using next-generation decentralized tools and is committed to global adoption, low-cost, high-speed transactions, and regulatory compliance. The goal is to help individuals gain more access to home ownership by helping them get access tointernational investments. Role Summary
As a Senior Blockchain Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining the core blockchain components of a real estate tokenization platform. You will collaborate closely with infrastructure, product, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable, and interoperable solutions that support global, retail-focused adoption. Your expertise will directly influence the platforms technical direction, security posture, and cross-chain capabilities. Primary Responsibilities
Design and develop full-stack solutions
with a focus on smart contracts for real estate tokenization, ownership transfers, compliance automation, and income distribution, primarily using Solidity and EVM-compatible standards. Bring physical assets on-chain
by leveraging experience from successful blockchain product launches involving real-world asset tokenization. Architect and implement cross-chain interoperability
solutions, including bridges and Layer 2 integrations (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism), to ensure low-cost, high-speed global transactions. Develop and maintain backend systems
for blockchain data processing, asset management, and integration with oracles and off-chain services. Develop a robust infrastructure to ensure robust deployment, high-availability (HA) node management (Ethereum, Infura, Algorand), continuous integration, and secure operation of blockchain nodes and validators. Integrate oracles
for real-time, secure off-chain data feeds. Contribute to technical documentation,
including API references, protocol specifications, and developer onboarding guides. Participate in code reviews, security audits, and troubleshooting
to ensure code quality, reliability, and adherence to best practices. Implement advanced security practices,
including zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP), to ensure privacy and compliance. Stay current with emerging trends,
technologies, and regulatory requirements in blockchain, DeFi, and real estate tokenization. Mentor junior engineers
and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience
as a full-stack developer with hands-on blockchain engineering, including smart contract and protocol development. Proven experience bringing physical assets on-chain
through successful blockchain product launches. Expertise in Solidity and EVM-compatible chains
(Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, etc.). Experience with multi-chain or cross-chain protocol design,
including integrating oracles. Deep understanding of cryptographic principles,
decentralized security best practices, and privacy techniques such as zero-knowledge proofs. Experience designing and deploying scalable, production-grade blockchain infrastructure
with high-availability node management (Ethereum, Infura, Algorand, etc.). **Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
able to document and explain complex technical concepts clearly. Business knowledge of AML/KYC regulations
is not required but highly sought after. Preferred Experience
Prior work with real-world asset tokenization, especially in property or financial markets. Experience with cross-chain bridges, oracles (e.g., Chainlink), and multi-chain asset management. Familiarity with privacy-preserving cryptography (e.g., zero-knowledge proofs), account abstraction, and advanced wallet integrations. Open-source contributions or technical advocacy in the Web3 ecosystem. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to global tokenized assets. Cultural Fit
Comfortable working remotely and based in the United States. Able to collaborate effectively across Pacific and Central time zones. Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and mission-driven environment. Competitive salary plus up to 20% performance-based bonus. Executive-level token/equity participation. Remote-first culture with flexible scheduling. Opportunity to shape a decentralized platform disrupting a legacy industry. Access to a global network of blockchain pioneers, investors, and technologists. Join a team thats redefining real estate ownership for the digital age. Your expertise will help build the secure, scalable, and accessible infrastructure needed for global adoption.
