As a WWRGD - Ground-Up and Industrial Pre-Construction Manager, you are responsible for generating budgets and schedules for new projects, including new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives from site selection through contract execution of fulfillment centers, industrial kitchens, and multi-use projects. Key Responsibilities
Act as primary estimator and scheduler for complex retail and industrial projects, managing ambiguity while designing and developing new concepts, and interacting with leadership and stakeholders to resolve issues. Collaborate with internal/external teams such as real estate, design engineering, entitlements, construction, finance, architects, engineers, permitting agencies, developers, and landlords to secure resources, scope infrastructure, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery. Lead project results through effective communication, risk assessment, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement, representing technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Manage vendor procurement and oversee professional service providers, perform pricing reviews, and negotiate costs with developers, contractors, and design consultants. Perform cost estimating, schedule tracking, and forecasting, addressing factors that could impede project hand-over. Develop and manage project schedules, including design, permitting, and vendor selection, partnering with teams to optimize strategies for entitlements and procurement. Adapt to change and innovate, working outside comfort zones to find solutions for evolving business needs. Understand contracts, exhibits, and provide detailed analysis of technical and site-specific deal structures. A Day in the Life

here . Basic Qualifications
7+ years in project management, real estate development, architecture, or design. Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Qualifications
Experience influencing senior leadership with data-driven insights. Experience working across teams and with senior stakeholders. Experience in ground-up construction, mixed-use facilities, or development. Advanced degree or certifications in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
