Experience supporting telephony, video, network, and/or other collaboration devices is necessary. Experience providing customer service and end-user support. Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving A/V issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Minimum of four years' experience with AV technologies is desired. Additional experience with Cisco Telepresence endpoints, WebEx, Cisco CMS, and Cisco Jabber is preferred. Responsibilities: Deliver simple solutions to complex problems as an AV Systems Engineer, tailoring cutting-edge solutions to meet our clients' unique requirements. Oversee the use, operation, movement, and storage of all AV equipment, as well as providing customer support for all audio-visual equipment. Conduct conference room checks to ensure all equipment is online, functioning, and charged. Provide hands-on technical support for conference room meetings, including video, audio, WebEx connectivity, and laptop connections. Support customers during meetings with video teleconferencing and troubleshooting AV issues, logging all transactions in ServiceNow.
