As a Software Engineer with Honeywell Fire, this is your opportunity to:
Be involved with all phases of design from concept to deployment Be part of a multi-discipline engineering team developing exciting new life safety products for the connected world Collaborate with engineers and developers from around the globe
The salary for this position is ($114,000 - 172,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work in an Agile environment Create stories in Jira Attend Daily Scrum meetings Develop code Verify functionality of the coding Lead Code reviews Work with Architect team on global designs Mentor junior engineers and interns
YOU MUST HAVE A Bachelor's degree 5+ years code development experience Ability to collaborate with a team.
WE VALUE Embedded C experience RTOS experience Embedded Linux development HMI Development Embedded boot-loader experience Advanced computer knowledge (networking/communications/troubleshooting) Cyber security knowledge Experience with JIRA/JIRA Agile/Bamboo Experience with Agile practices Experience bringing-up and troubleshooting new hardware A Master's Degree
