Job Overview:
The Marketing Intelligence Specialist role is for a motivated and strategic thinker, experienced in driving the data-driven decision-making processes. This role is pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights that enhance our marketing strategies and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Well trust you to:
Lead the development and implementation of data analysis and reporting frameworks
Establish a center of excellence for digital marketing measurement and analysis
Standardize, stabilize basic reporting, analysis, and optimization approaches
Work with data and tech teams to evolve data integration capabilities
Create, maintain, and curate multiple engagement dashboards
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify key metrics and performance indicators
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and business strategies
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track performance and inform decision-making
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape
Present findings and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analysis activities
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and intelligence
You'll need to have:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, statistics, analytics, economics)
8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
Proficiency with social media management applications (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite)
Experience with digital marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
FinServ or Asset Management experience a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong project management skills

Compensation Information:
Annual base salary for this role is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
Discretionary Bonus:
Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance. Benefits:
