Join us!About the Role:You will be part of DriveWealth's QA team, embedded within a product line to ensure software meets QA standards while automating processes and testing. This role is ideal for someone who proactively shares ideas, suggests improvements, and raises concerns about quality issues.What You'll Do:Design and develop software solutions for test automation and quality assurance using cloud computing tools, JavaScript/Java, REST API, and FIX APICreate and implement test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for financial and trading systemsDevelop and execute automated web application test scripts and UI test casesAutomate and validate REST API and FIX API test scenariosAnalyze test results, identify issues, and document findings for debugging and software improvementsBreak down larger projects into manageable, implementable tasksCommunicate technical solutions to teams, ensuring alignment with business objectivesCollaborate with business and tech leads to assess testing approaches, bug reviews, and production issues to drive continuous improvementWork with Infra Engineering, QA, and Corp IT to implement large-scale technical solutionsIntegrate automated test cases into the Jenkins pipeline for continuous testingBuild test cases from a Partner/Client perspective and coordinate with stakeholders to capture operational and back-office scenariosWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's degree plus 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry focusing on trading, money movement, settlement, or clearingProficiency in Java and Python programmingHands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, and JMeterExperience with API and FIX Protocol TestingKnowledge of testing trading flows (equity/options, etc.), money movement, and post-trade systemsExperience using JIRA and Test Case Management Tools (TestRail/Allure)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesUnderstanding of ActiveMQ/Kafka is a plusApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. DriveWealth is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.CompensationCompensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role.
