SignatureFD is a home for entrepreneurially oriented advisors who value being part of a highly skilled team dedicated to growth in three areas of life and work: professional development, business development, and personal development. Our Wealth Advisors serve as the primary initiators and stewards of our client relationships, crucial in SignatureFD’s success. They act as the main point of contact for high-net-worth clients, ensuring a proactive approach to wealth management while embodying the firm’s Core Values and methodology, the SigFD Way. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, tactical implementation, relationship management, and business development. As part of our team of specialists, our Wealth Advisors uphold our clients’ best interests and address their most complex planning needs through a comprehensive approach to their total wealth, life goals, and objectives. Although all of our advisors hold the same external title, our internal structure fosters collaboration and offers a tailored career path to support advisor growth and development into perpetuity—from Associate Advisor to Lead Advisor to Senior Advisor, with customized gradations at each level.

At SignatureFD, all advisors, regardless of level, are responsible for: Serving as a resource for clients with complex needs across financial planning, investments, insurance, tax management, executive compensation, retirement analysis, estate planning, philanthropy, and business succession planning. Thinking both strategically and tactically, identifying appropriate solutions, and managing the client planning process. Developing and strengthening client relationships. Partnering effectively with clients' other advisors (e.g., attorneys, accountants). Representing and cultivating a niche specialization to serve as a resource to the firm. Thriving in a collaborative, team-based professional environment. Earning respect from external professional advisor communities. Associate Advisor Associate Advisors at SignatureFD are not “junior advisors” or “paraplanners.” Those roles are essentially fulfilled by our Planning department. Associate Advisors typically represent someone in the more formative stages of building their practice while mastering their craft and honing their specialization. They are paired with a Senior Advisor as their Coach and collaborate closely with Lead Advisors and the Planning team. Additional Focus Areas

Solid, growing, technical knowledge across the full spectrum of financial planning Strong communication and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurially minded and self-sufficient Position Requirements

3+ years of complex financial planning and investment experience Experience in managing the financial needs of high-net-worth clients $25M or greater client practice, or demonstrated potential to build one of similar scale, with a minimum of $1M average client assets under management Professional designations: CFP, CFA, CPA or progress toward Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Lead Advisor Lead Advisors at SignatureFD function independently as advisors with increased responsibility for client complexity and business development. They continue to grow their specialization and reputation in the community. Most Lead Advisors will also be Partners at the firm. Additional Focus Areas

Managing an established, growing practice. Advancing a niche specialization. Driving business development. Qualifications

7+ years of complex financial planning and investment experience Experience in managing the financial needs of high-net-worth clients $50M or greater client practice, with a minimum of $2M average client assets under management Professional designations: CFP, CFA, or CPA; specialist certificate preferred Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Senior Advisor Senior Advisors at SignatureFD act as leaders of their own practices and Coaches to the Lead Advisors and Associate Advisors on their respective teams. They personify SignatureFD’s Core Values, exemplify the SigFD Way, and manage the business development goals for their teams. Additional Focus Areas

Coaching and developing team members. Leading team-wide business development strategies. Modeling the SignatureFD Way across all interactions. Qualifications

10+ years of complex financial planning and investment experience Experience in managing the financial needs of high-net-worth clients $150M or greater client practice, with a minimum of $5M average client assets under management Professional designations: CFP, CFA, or CPA; specialist certificate preferred Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred SignatureFD By The Numbers
