Req#: 1229821 Telco Resource – STC – Tara Kaires ServiceNow Developer JD: 1. Total Experience of 10+ years in IT 2. Should have CSM or any CIS certification. 3. Good knowledge of ITSM, CSM and ITIL V3 4. Solid, hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform, Client/server scripting 5. Knowledge of JavaScript as an individual contributor. 6. Around 5+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow 7. Hands on experience in scoped application development. 8. Hands on experience in integrations. 9. Process understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management 10. Good Experience in ITSM, CSM and CMDB module implementation/development 11. Experience in managing Client discussion and Requirement gathering 12. Good communication and presentation skill 13. Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows, and solution migration to higher environment. 14. Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub. 15. Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices & ongoing knowledge ServiceNow features. 16. Participate in daily stand-up meetings · Refine and estimate stories: 17. Draft stories and acceptance criteria required to support the agreed upon process flows, data, and form requirements. 18. Review, refine, estimate, and prioritize the stories documented with Client. 19. Perform design, build and unit test activities 20. Configure stories. 21.
