We are seeking a TOP SECRET-cleared Program Manager to oversee security and investigative support services at the FBI. The ideal candidate will have extensive program management experience, including managing budgets, schedules, quality, and risk, and will be capable of engaging with senior stakeholders. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 15+ years managing program aspects such as budget, schedule, quality, and risk. At least five years of recent experience in security and investigative services. Proficiency with Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Active Top Secret US Government Clearance; US citizenship required. Extensive experience supporting FBI or similar US Government entities. Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple tasks and supervisory roles. Experience briefing executive-level staff and engaging with government leaders. Data-driven decision-making skills. Knowledge of quality management, risk mitigation, scheduling, cost control, and resource management. Experience overseeing contractor staff to deliver on time and within budget. Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role is based in a traditional office setting. Physical requirements include occasional standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, typing, reaching, talking, and vision abilities such as close and distant vision. Additional Information
